This Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame comes from a selection of parcels from our greatest terroirs. The Cabernet franc expresses all its aromatic complexity. This full-bodied wine has silky tannins dominated by aromas of red and black fruits, with a beautiful persistence in the mouth, characteristic of wines for aging.
Maceration between 20 and 25 days. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged for two years in concrete vats.
Serve at 13/16°C.
