Wine of finesse and elegance, the fine bubbles of our Saumur Brut Rosé come from a second fermentation in the bottle according to the ancestral method.
It rests for a minimum of 12 months in the cool shade of our cellars where it acquires a particular bouquet that will seduce you.
Traditional method. The grapes are harvested at very good maturity in order to obtain a balanced sugar/acidity ratio.
The vinification is carried out at a low temperature (16°/17°) and takes place very slowly, which allows the aromas to be preserved.
The bottling usually takes place in May. Its fine bubbles come from a second fermentation in the bottle at the end of which it rests for a minimum of 12 months on fine lees in the cool shade of our cellars.
Serve chilled.
Enjoy these Fines Bulles as an aperitif, with shellfish and raw fish starters, or with dessert.
