Produced from the Chenin grape variety, Elegance is a floral and structured wine, which expresses its delicate fruitiness with a remarkable aromatic complexity. Its gustatory harmony is based on notes of white flowers. Supple on the attack, the mouth is ample and unctuous, well supported by a fine acidity which brings freshness and lengthens the finish.
Direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. Matured in vats. Bottled in March following the harvest.
Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C.
Enjoy it young, or let it mature for three to five years.
This white Saumur is perfect with fish and poultry in sauce.

Guide commentary: "This magnificent Chenin opens with luscious notes of honey, exotic fruit and citrus. Suave and caressing on the palate, of great comfort, it is also ample and complex, perfectly stimulated by an innate freshness. A very fine gastronomic white, combining finesse, dynamism and substance, to match with cooked fish, in sauce or grilled, or a mushroom risotto. "

Guide commentary: "Coming from a harvest of very ripe chenin, this cuvée is intense on the nose with its aromas of yellow fruit (apricot, peach) and citrus zest. The palate is complex, smooth, warm and shows as much aromatic generosity as the olfaction. A wine that exudes maturity.

Guide commentary: 'This is a wine that perfectly highlights the Chenin grape, after nine months of maturation. Very expressive, it is a condensation of white fruits, with touches of undergrowth. The attack is soft, the mouth supple, round and fat, and the finish so fresh, with notes of lime.
