
A sweet wine made from raisined grapes affected by noble rot, harvested by hand in successive sortings, this straw-yellow wine is astonishing for its freshness and superb complexity. On the palate, it is both lively and unctuous. This excellent wine for laying down offers a suave bouquet of candied fruit, honey and spices.

Hand-harvested in successive selections, made from grapes affected by noble rot and passerillage. The grapes are brought to the press in whole bunches. Pressing is gentle and very slow.
Our Côteaux de Saumur is natural, with a sugar content of between 18° and 20° potential at harvest. Bottling takes place in March following the harvest.


Serve chilled at 10°C.
Enjoy this sweet white wine as an aperitif, with foie gras, spicy cuisine, Roquefort or dessert.
