A sweet wine made from raisined grapes affected by noble rot, harvested by hand in successive sortings, this straw-yellow wine is astonishing for its freshness and its superb complexity. On the palate, it is both lively and unctuous. This excellent wine for ageing has a smooth bouquet of candied fruit, honey and spices.

Hand-picked in successive stages, made from grapes affected by noble rot and passerillage. The grapes are brought to the press in whole bunches. Our Côteaux de Saumur is natural, the sugar content of the grapes reaches between 18° and 20° potential at harvest. Bottling takes place in March following the harvest.
Serve chilled at 10°C.
Enjoy this sweet white wine as an aperitif, with foie gras, spicy food, Roquefort cheese or with dessert.
