This Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame comes from a selection of parcels from our greatest terroirs. The Cabernet franc expresses all its aromatic complexity.
The nose is delicate, with notes of vanilla and toast. The palate is ample, with very smooth and harmonious tannins. The aromas of ripe red fruits are combined with the toasted character of the barrel ageing. The whole presents a very nice balance and a beautiful deep colour.

Gentle maceration between 20 and 25 days. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged in 400 L barrels for 11 to 12 months.

Serve at 13/16°C.
Enjoy this Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame with meats in sauce, game, beef ribs, stewed dishes and cheeses.
